TRIX are for kids, not cigars. All new customers ordering cigars will be vetted (see below) to ensure that they are of legal age. Doing so is necessary because the US FDA knowingly permits minors to receive cigars via mail order, without the possibility of proof-of-age verification upon delivery (which is forbidden by the US Constitution). First time customers will be sent their order via Fed Express ground, with a 21 and older required signature (flat cost of $15 for cigars only). After the first order, cigars will be shipped via US Priority mail at a flat cost of $10. Orders with wine or wine and cigars will always have a label on the package requiring 21+ age verification at the time of delivery.
